The existing dashboard is essentially designed to manage both buyer and seller users. However, it lacks in the availability of displayed data and necessary features, particularly for administrative purposes.

Background & objective
This research aims to identify the optimal way to organize dashboard functions to meet the needs of administrators (users), including data synchronization and adjustment between the dashboard and partner and buyer applications. The focus is on understanding user needs within the dashboard, ensuring clear and coherent feature and information delivery. Additionally, the research will reevaluate the types of data and graphics suitable for presentation in the main dashboard to enhance its effectiveness.
Goals & success criteria

This research will successfully identify relevant solutions and required data for future administrators. It will also effectively pinpoint the flow of support tickets and appropriate issue resolution strategies for each user (sellers and buyers).
How can this Dashboard be beneficial for Administrators?
In a brief interview with an administrator who frequently handles new user approvals, I discovered several facts and insights that can be formulated into issues requiring resolution.

The issue lies in the excessive number of steps required to access frequently used features.
Therefore, I conducted an audit on the existing design as follows:

I divided each feature into two priorities, considering their impact on the Administrator.

I acknowledge that the displayed data will be updated over time to meet the needs and usage patterns of the administrator. For now, I am displaying data to streamline the flow of verifying new users.

Did it work?
The design system is still a work in progress and is continuously iterated upon. Has the implementation of new components already improved the overall product?
I reached out to the admin and gained some insights into what has been successful and what hasn't.
The shortcut flow for approving sellers greatly facilitates handling a large number of user registrations, along with automatic filtering for new registrants.
Similarly, shortcuts for support tickets make it easier to resolve issues for users.
The information displayed on the main dashboard as well as within each feature is highly helpful and insightful for administrative tasks.
In conclusion, the shortcut flows for approving sellers and handling support tickets ease the process for managing user registrations and resolving issues promptly. Additionally, the insightful information displayed on the main dashboard and within features greatly assists administrative tasks. 🚀
Next steps
The project is still in the development stage by the developers, so the feedback I can provide is that the alignment of data between TREats and the Dashboard needs to be synchronized again, considering that TREats constantly updates data over time.
